These are the tools I&amp;#39;m most familiar with, and they&amp;#39;re adaptable enough that it&amp;#39;s frankly faster for me to work with those than it would be to learn to use a tool built specifically for prototyping.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tools with drag &amp;#39;n&amp;#39; drop canned buttons, etc. do exist, though, like Balsamiq and OmniGraffle. The one I&amp;#39;ve found most useful is unfortunately the old-fashioned analog whiteboard (or a nice yellow legal pad)...and nobody has managed to really do a great implementation of the flexibility of a whiteboard with the portability of a software application (we&amp;#39;ll see what Apple comes up with on Wednesday though!). I wish that there was something not unlike Photoshop with some canned buttons, layering tools, resizable web elements, easy text filling/greeking, etc. Maybe something exists?</content><link rel='edit' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/8329255634037101739/1651036334279878772/comments/default/5053516534682658192'/><link rel='self' type='application/atom+xml' href='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/8329255634037101739/1651036334279878772/comments/default/5053516534682658192'/><link rel='alternate' type='text/html' href='http://blog.nimblepartners.com/2009/03/when-moving-fast-slows-you-down.html?showComment=1264445849002#c5053516534682658192' title=''/><author><name>Mark</name><uri>http://www.blogger.com/profile/04788280342330986658</uri><email>noreply@blogger.com</email><gd:image xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' rel='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#thumbnail' width='16' height='16' src='http://img2.blogblog.com/img/b16-rounded.gif'/></author><thr:in-reply-to xmlns:thr='http://purl.org/syndication/thread/1.0' href='http://blog.nimblepartners.com/2009/03/when-moving-fast-slows-you-down.html' ref='tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8329255634037101739.post-1651036334279878772' source='http://www.blogger.com/feeds/8329255634037101739/posts/default/1651036334279878772' type='text/html'/><gd:extendedProperty xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005' name='blogger.itemClass' value='pid-1815063561'/></entry></feed>
